Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Only non-custom, standard items purchased online are eligible for returns within 30 days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
